My name is Ashley, and I use the pronouns she, her and hers.

I have been practicing yoga for 15 years, first stumbling upon it as part of my undergraduate degree in dance and choreography. I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, an unparalleled experience of deep learning and growth, with Naomi Annand of Yoga on the Lane in London UK. I’ve also studied the art of teaching private yoga lessons with Francesca Cervero in her program, The Science of the Private Lesson™ and embodiment coaching with Dylan Newcombe through his method, UZAZU Embodied Intelligence.


Through my experience as a dancer, yoga practitioner, and somatic educator, I help highly sensitive people manage anxiety and find purpose through 1:1 embodiment coaching and group courses.

I am committed to teaching embodiment with depth, vigor, and unwavering appreciation for all forms of knowledge, from ancient wisdom to my own lived experience.
